国際交流セミナーを開催し、オークランド工科大学のSenior Lecturer Weihua Li先生にご講演いただきました。

ご講演要旨：Social computing examines how individuals interact, share information, and influence each other in online environments. Integrating Artificial Intelligence into this domain opens up powerful new capabilities to model, understand, and shape these interactions at scale. This seminar presents a series of representative AI-driven works across three core areas: modelling and simulating influence diffusion in large-scale, dynamic networks; promoting fairness and mitigating ideological isolation through diversity-aware recommendation algorithms; and detecting threats in social networks. Together, these efforts aim to advance intelligent systems that promote healthier, more inclusive, and trustworthy digital ecosystems.

当ジョイント・ディグリープログラムの枠組みで双方大学が共同で開催しているInternational Collaborative Symposium for Informatics (ICSI2024)が今回3回目の開催となり、ウーロンゴン大学にて開催されました。また今回は学会「The 8th IEEE International Conference on Agents（12月4～6日）」に併催するかたちでの開催となりました。名工大からは11名が参加し、両学会での発表を行いました。学会外では両大学の学生参加によるキャンパスツアー等学生交流が行われました。

今回3回目となる当専攻（博士後期課程国際連携情報学専攻）の説明会を開催しました。ジョイント・ディグリープログラムについて、パートナー大学である豪州ウーロンゴン大学について、オーストラリアでの滞在等について詳しい説明を行いました。
